PET POLICY

Our apartment community offers a welcoming living environment, featuring pet-friendly apartments for those with furry family members. Step outside to enjoy our massive, fully fenced-in, leash-free dog park, which provides a vibrant green space with plenty of room for your dog to run, fetch, and play. Designed with convenience and safety in mind, the park includes a secure double-gated entry system, convenient pet waste stations, and picnic tables where you can comfortably relax while your pup socializes.

  • Cats & Dogs Welcome: Up to 2 pets per home.

  • Dog Weight Limit: 100 lbs. maximum.

  • One-Time Pet Fee: $350 (covers 1 or 2 pets).

  • Monthly Pet Rent: $50 per pet.

  • Breed Restrictions: We cannot accommodate Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Dobermans, or Chows, including mixed breeds of these lineages.
