MONTHLY FEES

  • Parking (per garage spot): $125

  • Internet Service: $80

  • Renter's Insurance: $15

    • Renter's insurance can be acquired from a company of your choice, but must meet our company requirements.​

    • Renter's insurance purchased from Elmwood Lake covers $10,000 of personal property per apartment.

  • Trash Fee: $5

  • Storage Units (when available): $50, $65, or $85 pending size

ONE-TIME FEES

  • Administrative Fee: $99

    • Due after application approval​

  • Application Fee: $50

  • Refundable Security Deposit: $400

    • Amount determined by credit approval​

UTILITIES

  • Residents are responsible for setting up DTE (heat) and Consumer's Energy (electric) accounts.​

  • Water & sewer are charged to your account monthly.
